Job summary

Silver Eagle Distributors Houston, LLC is seeking an On-Premise Sales Specialist to strengthen relationships with bars, restaurants, and brewery partners. You will promote new products, manage draft line service, and ensure optimal product quality across assigned accounts.

The role requires two years of sales experience, ability to work nights/weekends, and an active Texas driver's license. You will collaborate with internal teams and maintain POS materials to drive visibility and brand presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of work experience; prior sales and marketing or draft line/keg experience strongly preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Must have a valid Texas driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote new products, packages, draft placements, and POS materials within assigned accounts.
• Conduct inventory and recommend replenishment to prevent out of stock situations.
• Service, clean, and maintain draft lines according to schedule; perform taps surveys and counts.
• Provide technical support for draft system installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Execute scheduled sales calls and maintain account visit frequency.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive sales and proper execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support account execution and competitive positioning.
• Maintain product knowledge and proper merchandising across portfolio.
• Install POS and pricing materials per retailer guidelines to support visibility.
• Communicate account updates and operational needs to the Area Sales Manager.
• Operate company vehicle safely and adhere to safety protocols.
• Work hours may vary daily due to business needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
