Job summary

Silver Eagle Houston is seeking an On-Premise Sales Specialist to strengthen customer relationships and achieve sales objectives across assigned on-premise accounts. The role includes promoting products, servicing draft beer systems, and ensuring optimal product quality for bars, restaurants, and brewery partners.

You will conduct inventory, provide technical support for draft installations, and collaborate with internal teams to meet targets while maintaining brand presence and service quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of work experience with sales and marketing, draft line or keg exposure preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote new products within assigned accounts and manage draught placements.
• Conduct inventory, recommend replenishment, and prevent stockouts.
• Service, clean, and maintain draught lines per schedule and standards.
• Provide technical support for draft system installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Execute scheduled sales calls and maintain account visit frequency.
• Build customer relationships to drive sales and ensure proper execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support account execution and targets.
• Install POS and pricing materials within retailer guidelines.
