Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking an On-Premise Representative to build strong relationships with bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues in the Dallas area. The role focuses on increasing product availability in draft and package formats, driving sales, and boosting brand visibility through education, promotions, and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• ~1 year outside sales or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule including evenings/weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and brand ambassador skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel by plane/train as needed.
• Self-starter with planning and execution skills.
• Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key on-premise accounts.
• Achieve sales targets and distribution by executing initiatives and new placements.
• Visit accounts for product placement, stock rotation, and POS material.
• Identify new opportunities to expand Constellation Brands’ market presence.
• Ensure on-premise strategies are executed across accounts.
• Plan and execute on-premise events, samplings, trainings, and promotions.
• Educate account staff and consumers on products and benefits.
• Conduct samplings at events and promotions to drive awareness.
• Secure distribution for new products and support plans.
• Monitor market trends and report findings to sales leadership.
• Collaborate with distributors to align goals and execution.
• Maintain records of sales calls and account activity.
• Represent Constellation at local events and trade shows.
• Perform additional duties as required.
