Job summary

Constellation Brands is seeking an On-Premise Representative to build and maintain relationships with bars, restaurants, and venues in the Washington area. You will drive beer sales, increase brand visibility and educate staff on product benefits.

You will report to the Sr. Manager, On-Premise Market Execution, and plan on-premise events, samplings, and promotions to boost trial and loyalty.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience is preferred.
• Approximately 1 year of proven results-oriented outside sales or food & beverage experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; MVR check required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the desire to be a passionate brand ambassador.
• Proficient with MS Office and sales reporting tools; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with key on-premise accounts within the territory; act as local brand ambassador.
• Achieve sales targets by executing initiatives; secure new placements and increase volume.
• Conduct regular account visits for product placement, stock rotation, and POS execution.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand Constellation Brands’ market presence.
• Ensure on-premise strategies and priorities are executed across accounts.
