About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced On-Page SEO Expert to develop and implement high-impact SEO strategies that improve search rankings, enhance website visibility, and drive organic traffic. This role involves on-page optimisation, technical SEO, content planning, and supporting digital marketing efforts for law firm clients.

Conduct keyword research specifically for law firm websites
Publish and optimise new content using WordPress
Prepare on-page SEO suggestions and implement changes to improve search performance
Develop monthly content requirements for landing pages and blogs
Identify new and trending blog topics to increase organic traffic
Execute all assigned technical SEO tasks
Track and analyse website performance and keyword rankings
Optimise landing pages for improved user experience and ranking
Research competitors and provide strategic SEO recommendations
Collaborate with development teams to implement SEO best practices
Recommend improvements to site architecture, content, and linking strategy
Minimum 3 years of experience in an SEO agency
Proven background in Law Firm SEO (strongly preferred)
Expertise in on-page and technical SEO best practices
Proficiency with WordPress and content optimisation
Familiarity with Local SEO and Law Firm Schema
Skilled in tools such as:
Screaming Frog
SEMrush
Ahrefs
Google Search Console
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
Ability to conduct blog topic research and manage content planning
Competence in both internal and external linking strategies
