Snowshoe Mountain in West Virginia seeks a Paramedic to provide on-mountain emergency medical care and patient transport. This flex position runs 9–11 months per year, with on-mountain housing available. You will respond to injuries, triage, and coordinate care for guests and staff.

The role requires EMT-Paramedic certification, ACLS/PHTLS, CPR, and current outdoor medical capabilities. Skiing or snowboarding proficiency is preferred, and the resort offers perks and a dynamic winter environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• WV-certified EMT-Paramedic with ACLS/PHTLS required.
• Outdoor Emergency Care certification recommended.
• Healthcare Provider CPR certification required.
• Advanced skiing or snowboarding ability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide emergency medical care on mountain and at resort facilities.
• Follow paramedic protocols and coordinate with EMS agencies.
• Greet and triage patients, manage transport to medical facilities.
• Inspect slopes and assist with safety and hazard reporting.
• Support with emergency evacuations and incident documentation.
• Communicate effectively with team and guests.
