Job summary

Dominique Dawes Gymnastics Academy in Mount Laurel Township, NJ is seeking a Program Lead to manage daily facility operations on the floor as MOD, ensuring safety, consistency, and efficient class flow.

You will supervise staff, cover open classes when needed, coordinate program logistics across gymnastics, ninja, and recreational programs, and support event planning while upholding the academy's values of respect, teamwork, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong gymnastics knowledge or experience as a participant, coach, or both.
• CPR, First Aid, and Safesport certifications required.
• Previous management or leadership experience in a gym or youth program preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and engaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary MOD for assigned shifts and oversee daily facility operations.
• Open and close the facility with safety checks and equipment verification.
• Be the first point of contact for families, scheduling issues, and incidents.
• Monitor class flow, staff coverage, and floor safety across all programs.
• Respond to incidents and document them per academy protocols.
• Coordinate program logistics, including scheduling, space, and equipment.
• Support front desk operations during peak hours and staff shortages.
• Maintain shift logs and attendance records.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings with the GM/PM.
• Provide coverage for open classes across all programs when needed.
