Job summary

Spreetail seeks a Safety Manager to lead proactive safety culture across our fulfillment centers. You will personally conduct floor-level safety walks, investigate incidents, and ensure compliance is audited and audit-ready.

The role requires hands-on leadership, training delivery, and relentless focus on prevention and rapid corrective actions. You will own safety metrics, manage OSHA recordables, and drive adherence to safety programs across all shifts, with a bias toward preventing injuries

Qualifications

• 6+ years of safety or EHS experience.
• Experience with OSHA 1910 General Industry.
• Hands-on safety program ownership and execution.

Responsibilities

• Own key safety metrics and drive data-driven root-cause actions.
• Lead incident investigations and ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
• Conduct floor-level safety walks and reinforce safety training across shifts.
• Develop and maintain emergency response plans and safety audits.
• Manage workers’ compensation processes and modified duty programs.
