Qualifications

• 3–7 years of manufacturing ops or CI experience with 2+ improvement projects.
• Ability to lead improvement events on the production floor.
• Savings validated by Finance, not self-reported.
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel for data analysis.
• Influence frontline/supervisory teams without direct authority.
• Lean/CI tools: Fishbone, 5-Why, Line Balancing, Takt Time, Standard Work.
• Bachelor's in Engineering/Operations; Lean Belt preferred; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to identify inefficiencies and quantify savings.
• Lead CI initiatives and Kaizen events; align with site leadership.
• Validate post-implementation performance and sustainment audits.
