Job summary

F&S Fresh Foods is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead end-to-end CI projects on the production floor of our Vineland facilities. You will perform time studies, balance lines, and implement standard work to sustain Finance-validated savings.

The role requires 3–7 years of manufacturing/CI experience, a Lean mindset, and strong Excel skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Join a team delivering fresh solutions across the U.S. and Canada.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of manufacturing ops or CI experience with 2+ measurable projects.
• Proven ability to lead on-floor improvement events and implement changes.
• Savings validated by Finance, not self-reported.
• Strong Excel skills for time studies and data analysis.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent; bilingual EN/ES a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and workflow analysis to identify labor and process inefficiencies.
• Confirm savings logic with Finance and establish performance baselines.
• Implement line balancing, staffing adjustments, and standard work; monitor daily.
• Align plant leaders to drive bottom-up engagement and accountability.
• Lead and facilitate CI initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost.
