Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex systems from architecture to implementation.
• Strong fundamentals in concurrency and resource management.
• Experience with on-device inference or constrained platforms.
• Ability to explain trade-offs and iterate without a fixed spec.

Responsibilities

• Build core system services, abstractions and APIs for a platform others can build on.
• Ensure small models run reliably on real hardware within latency, battery and thermal budgets.
• Connect model capabilities to platform and app layers to complete end-to-end tasks.
• Decide deployment across wearable, phone, computer or cloud based on task and hardware.
