Qualifications

• Active Missouri real estate license in good standing.
• Full MLS access in the Kansas City market.
• Experience showing homes in the Kansas City area.
• Able to show homes using an electronic lockbox.
• Smartphone (iOS or Android) to run the KeyPleaz app.

Responsibilities

• Buyer and rental showings.
• Property access and condition checks.
• Runner assignments such as lockbox and sign placement, key drops, and document delivery.
