Job summary

ProVest LLC is seeking a Process Server to provide reliable civil process service in McDuffie County, GA and surrounding areas. This is a 1099 independent contractor role with weekly compensation based on completed jobs, requiring dependable, detail-oriented professionals with process serving experience.

Ideal candidates include experienced process servers, licensed private investigators, current or former law enforcement personnel, or paralegals.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation is required.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.
• Smartphone with ability to run mobile applications.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Make diligent service attempts.
• Up to 5 attempts at varied times (morning, evening, weekend).
• Activate cases within 24 hours of receiving documents (via FedEx or email).
• Sign and notarize eligible affidavits within 48 hours of service completion.
• Use ProVest's mobile applications to upload photo evidence, submit notes, and record outcomes.
