Responsibilities

• Create a culture of excellent customer service similar to luxury hospitality, tailored to members and clients.
• Assist with daily responsibilities and tasks at the front desk.

• Answer questions regarding memberships and services.
• Ensure safety and security of visitors, members and staff at all times and maintain the fitness center facilities.
