Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Team Member to deliver an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will help guests find products, explain features, and operate checkout and scanning devices while maintaining store standards.

This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach to customer service, with safety and compliance as a priority. Training and orientation are provided, plus access to the myTime scheduling app for shift selection.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or retail is helpful.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to lift up to 44 pounds and perform store tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests at various distances (10ft/4ft) and initiate helpful interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support colleagues and maintain a positive, respectful attitude.
