Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member in Minnesota. This role offers flexible scheduling with shifts you can pick up via the myTime app. The position emphasizes guest service, knowledge of store tools, and efficient checkout and assistance at the register and drive-up areas.

You will attend orientation, complete short-term training, and then continue to pick shifts as needed to support store operations while maintaining safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience.
• Understand and show guests how to use Wallet and the other features and offerings within the Target App.
• Assist with orders pickup, drive-up, returns and related guest services following Target policies.
• Maintain a clean, clutter free work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Support cash office processes and help ensure safety and compliance.
