Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Team Member to create an easy, inspiring guest experience across a fast-paced store environment. You will greet guests, help them find items, process transactions, and assist with returns while applying Target’s service standards.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and peak times and the ability to pick up shifts through the myTime app. As an On-Demand TM, you control your own schedule by selecting shifts posted by leaders or team members.
