Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Team Member to create an easy, inspiring guest experience and to help guests with purchases, returns, and digital tools. You will work with leaders to resolve issues, participate in training, and uphold safety standards while enjoying a flexible, schedule-driven role in a fast-paced retail environment.

As an On-Demand Team Member, you will pick shifts via the myTime app, support drive-up, order pickup, and registry services, and contribute to a positive guest

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting customers and assisting with needs.
• Support guests at check lanes, gift registry, pickup, and Drive Up services.
• Explain Target benefits and loyalty programs to guests and assist with sign-up.
• Use scanners and the Target app to facilitate transactions and information access.
• Assist peers and leaders to resolve guest issues and maintain a smooth checkout.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace and follow safety policies at all times.
