• Greet guests and assist with locating products or information.
• Help guests with returns, exchanges, and questions while following policy.
• End every guest interaction with a sincere thank you to enhance loyalty.
• Support teammates and assist other areas when needed to ensure smooth store operations.
• Deliver accurate service for Order Pick Up, Drive Up and registry guests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and stock supplies during store hours.
• Adhere to safety policies and company guidelines at all times.
