Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest experiences in-store. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, with a schedule that varies by store needs, and you may attend a Welcome orientation and a short-term training program to prepare for the role.

This position emphasizes flexible hours, teamwork, and a proactive, guest-first approach in a fast-paced retail environment. It requires reliable attendance and a positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft with a warm, helpful interaction
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Assist peers and support other areas while maintaining a positive attitude
• Demonstrate a service culture prioritizing the guest experience and safety standards
