Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to provide friendly guest service and assist customers across store operations. You will pick up shifts via the myTime app, attend onboarding, and participate in a short-term training schedule to prepare for the role.

The position requires reliable attendance and a willingness to adapt to varying shifts, including nights and weekends. You will help guests with questions, checkout duties, and ensure a positive store experience.

Qualifications

• Willing to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Able to greet and assist guests to ensure a quick, friendly shopping experience.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities
