Job summary

Target is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest experiences in our stores. You will pick up shifts posted by leaders or teammates via the myTime app, stay engaged, and respond promptly to contact attempts to maintain coverage.

You will participate in orientation and training, then use the MyTime app to select shifts that fit your schedule while helping guests with a friendly, helpful demeanor.
