Job summary

Target is hiring for an On-Demand Team Member/Guest Advocate in Spokane, WA. This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to pick up shifts via the myTime app, with a focus on delivering friendly guest service and efficient assistance at checkouts, product pickup, and registry services.

As part of the Target team, you will engage with guests, promote services, and handle transactions while maintaining safety and store standards.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting and assisting guests.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Explain and promote Target Wallet, pickup, Drive Up and registry services.
• Assist with returns following store policies and escalate when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and support peers as needed.
