Qualifications

• Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• 2-3 lines max
• Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication and guest-service mindset.
• Able to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture by delivering the Target service standard.
• Create a welcoming guest experience as you complete tasks.
• Engage with guests to resolve their needs and questions.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services to assist guests.
• Thank guests and communicate appreciation for shopping with Target.
• Scan and bag items efficiently and accurately.
• Minimize guest wait times while maintaining service quality.
• Promote brand launches, store events, and loyalty programs.
• Explain Wallet and Target App features to guests.
• Assist with returns and follow prompts in coordination with leaders.
• De-escalate situations and recover the guest shopping experience.
• Provide easy, accurate service for Order Pick Up and Drive Up guests.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area.
• Stock supplies during store hours and assist guests as needed.
• Demonstrate ethics, safety and compliance at all times.
• Support cashier operations and store policies as required.
• Take on other duties based on business needs.
