Job summary

Target is hiring an On-Demand Guest Advocate. You will engage with guests to deliver a welcoming shopping experience, assist with product information, and drive loyalty enrollment while working a flexible schedule that may vary by store needs.

You will be expected to attend orientation, then use the store’s scheduling app to pick shifts, with emphasis on reliability and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the commitments.
• Greet guests with a friendly approach at 10ft and 4ft ranges and initiate warm interactions.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a positive attitude.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while adapting to business needs and maintaining safety standards.
