• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft, assisting with needs and issues.
• Help guests find products and resolve concerns to ensure smooth shopping.
• End transactions with a sincere thank you and assist with returns when needed.
• Support teammates and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Be familiar with store programs and services to promote loyalty benefits.
