Job summary

Target welcomes you to a fast-paced guest advocate role where you help guests and fellow team members, delivering friendly service in a busy store environment.

You will manage shifts on an On-Demand schedule via the myTime app, attend orientation, and participate in training to ensure you are prepared to support guest services, order pickup, drive-up, returns, and loyalty program enrollment.

• You thrive in a fast-moving, active role requiring teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving.
• You are open to working a flexible schedule with varying hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests to help solve their specific needs.
• Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store to solve issues for the guest.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• Scan and bag all guest items efficiently, accurately and in compliance with food safety standards.
