Job summary

Target in California is seeking an On-Demand Team Member to support guest experiences across store operations. You can work as much or as little as you like, with shifts posted by leaders and other team members via the myTime app.

You will be expected to attend a Welcome orientation and complete a short training, then pick up shifts as needed. You will need reliable attendance and flexibility as well as active engagement by picking up shifts.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring guest experience with a friendly interaction.
• Greet guests and assist with questions to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and stock supplies as needed.
• Accurately scan, bag, and handle merchandise at the register.
• Promote and assist with Target Loyalty programs and Wallet features.
• Assist guests with Order Pick Up, Drive Up, and Registry services.
