ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND: You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM, with your schedule varying based on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you will create your schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement, including responding to contact attempts and working at least one shift every 4 weeks (or 5 months after December 2024), is required to maintain employment. You will attend a Target orientation and structured training before starting shifts.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT: Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage, and guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, and drive-up options, ensuring exceptional quality.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Prioritizing guest service by delivering the service standard
• Greeting guests authentically

• Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately
• Minimizing wait times while maintaining service quality
• Informing guests about brand launches and store events
• Promoting Target Loyalty programs and assisting with sign-up
• Using Target App features like Wallet
• Handling returns and partner with leaders for issue resolution
• Supporting guest services including order pick-up and drive-up
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area
• Following safety and compliance protocols
• Supporting cash office processes as needed
