ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND

You can work as much or as little as you like as an On-Demand TM and your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible work schedule.

As an On-Demand TM, you will not be scheduled in advance but can create your own schedule by picking up shifts via our myTime app. Active engagement is required, including responding to contact attempts and working at least once every 4 weeks (minimum 4 hours). Effective December 2024, at least once every 5 months.

Attendance and responsiveness are critical. You will attend a Target Welcome orientation and participate in short-term training. Afterward, shifts are picked through the myTime app.

ALL ABOUT SERVICE & ENGAGEMENT

Advocates of guest experience who welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations, focusing on interaction and recovery. Knowledgeable about store capabilities to drive adoption, usage, and loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy at checklanes, guest services, gift registry, and drive-up options.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Delivering excellent guest service
• Greeting and engaging guests
• Understanding guest needs through body language and questions
• Knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services
• Efficiently scanning and bagging items
• Minimizing wait times while maintaining accuracy
• Promoting loyalty programs and fulfillment services
• Assisting with returns and de-escalation when needed
• Supporting order pickup, drive-up, and registry services
• Maintaining a clean and stocked work area
• Following safety and compliance policies
• Supporting cash office operations as needed
