Qualifications

• Bartending experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-course food and beverage service to golfers according to menu and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and beverage cart.
• Requisition supplies from kitchen and storeroom and manage transfers.
• Ensure income, cost control, and inventory procedures are followed.
• Comply with health, alcohol, fire and other laws and requirements.
• Keep beverage cart in proper operating condition and report issues.
• Submit required reports accurately and timely.
• Work mostly outdoors on the beverage cart (and some indoor restaurant/lounge work).
• Adhere to safety policies to prevent injuries from sharp utensils, hot surfaces, and chemicals.
