Job summary

Invited is seeking a Beverage Cart Attendant to deliver exceptional hospitality on the golf course and designated F&B areas. You will greet members, stock and maintain the beverage cart, and provide attentive service, ensuring a seamless guest experience throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include daily reconciliation, safe cart operation, and collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage to meet service standards. High school diploma and safety certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Commitment to high ethical work standards and professionalism.
• Certification in alcohol and food safety is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional F&B service on golf course, halfway house, or designated areas.
• Greet members by name, ensure polite and friendly demeanor.
• Maintain beverage cart stock, ice, and supplies before service starts.
• Operate golf cart safely and reconcile daily transactions accurately.
• Assist guests with requests and upsell where applicable.
• Clean and sanitize the cart after each shift and follow health codes.
• Notify management of issues and participate in service recovery.
• Follow golf etiquette rules when approaching groups.
