Job summary

Thompson Golf Group is seeking a Beverage Cart Server to provide exceptional hospitality to golfers on the course. You will prepare, sell, and serve beverages and snacks from the on‑course cart, delivering friendly service and upselling where possible.

Shifts occur during peak golf hours, including early mornings, afternoons, weekends, and holidays, with outdoor work and exposure to weather. Previous hospitality experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Must meet minimum age requirements for alcohol service in the state.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to golfers with a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Operate the beverage cart safely and professionally across the course.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic drinks, in compliance with state laws.
• Maintain product stock levels and restock beverages, snacks, ice, and supplies as needed.
• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions following club procedures.
• Promote and upsell products to maximize revenue.
• Monitor pace of play and course conditions and communicate issues as needed.
• Maintain cart, coolers, and storage areas clean throughout the shift.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
