Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, is seeking Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person couple) to reside in on‑campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for 8–13 students. The role requires both spouses to be legally married for at least two years and to be at least 27 years old.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, scheduling, medication administration, driving to activities, and leading devotions.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke‑free and weapon‑free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities, and planning/engaging in development and recreation.
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
