Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is seeking married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. You will reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students, helping them grow academically, emotionally, and socially.

This two-person role emphasizes mentorship, daily routines, transportation, and involvement in devotions and Sunday Chapel.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples who are legally married for at least two years.
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship.
• Managing household routines and student schedules.
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness.
• Driving students to activities and planning developmental/recreational activities.
• Leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel attendance.
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.
