Job summary

Veteran Hiring Solutions seeks a Customer Service Manager, Technology to lead a lean campus IT team and stabilize operations across a community college in the Quad Cities area. You will own performance metrics, partner with campus leadership, and drive people development.

You will implement FCR/TOR standards, roll out self-service tools, and manage asset lifecycle while reporting progress to the CIO. This hands-on, on-site leadership role emphasizes visibility, accountability, and growth

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor's degree in business management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Military leadership experience or coursework is acceptable in lieu of a four-year degree based on role requirements.
• Experience leading IT on-campus or campus-wide support teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stabilize the six-person on-campus support team within 90 days.
• Establish First Contact Resolution and ownership to resolution within 6 months.
• Build a cadence with campus CIO and provide quarterly SLA/metrics reporting.
• Grow self-service adoption and reduce desk-side visits.
• Own the campus technology inventory and lifecycle replacement calendar.
