The New School's Parsons Scholars program seeks student workers to mentor NYC high school participants and provide administrative and design support, with a focus on equity and access in art and design education. Programming runs on Saturdays from 8:40 AM–5:40 PM, with weekday support. Fall 2026 runs Aug 22–Dec 12, and spring runs Jan 16–May 29.

• Matriculated undergraduate student.
• Federal Work Study eligible.
• Organizational and communication skills.
• Design tools: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Interest in art and design education and equity/access.

Responsibilities

• Mentor high school participants and support Youth Advocates for Saturday cohorts.
• Document programming with photos and written posts; assist with material organization.
• Help maintain inventory and restock supplies; design digital and print recruitment materials.
