Job summary

South Louisiana Community College is seeking a student employee for an unclassified - student appointment. The role supports the Academic & Student Affairs department with general office duties, customer service, and administrative tasks.

Applicants must be currently enrolled as SoLAcc students (minimum six credits) for Fall 2026, Spring 2027, or Summer II 2027 and have a 2026-2027 FAFSA on file. A pre-employment background screen is required and graduate opportunities will be explored.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be a current SoLAcc student enrolled in a minimum of six (6) credit hours for the Fall 2026, Spring 2027, Summer II 2027 semesters
• Completed 2026-2027 FAFSA on file with SoLAcc
• Passing pre-employment criminal background screen is required
