The ideal candidate is an organized RN or eligible for licensure in Massachusetts, with strong communication skills to connect with families, dorm staff, and local emergency services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure.
• Demonstrated success in clinical assessment and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to respond calmly in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive healthcare services to boarding students.
• Promote wellness and health education on campus.
• Conduct routine health checks and coordinate care for illnesses or injuries.
• Be available in evenings or weekends to support boarding students.
