Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch is seeking a Campus Life Supervisor to directly supervise house parents and residential staff, coordinate scheduling and transportation, and manage home budgets. The role includes planning monthly community activities and promoting belonging for staff and residents.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and the ability to obtain a Texas Childcare Administrator’s License within one year, with at least two years of childcare and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Must possess or obtain Texas Childcare Administrator’s License within one year of employment.
• Minimum 2 years of childcare experience.
• Minimum 2 years of staff supervision experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office on Windows.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support House Parents and residential staff, ensuring quality care and adherence to program expectations.
• Coordinate onboarding, training, and development for House Parents and new staff.
• Manage staffing schedules, coverage, and on-call support for assigned homes.
• Facilitate regular team meetings and promote effective communication.
• Oversee resident transportation, travel arrangements, and community activities.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for residents using approved methods.
• Collaborate with leadership to implement resident care plans and best practices.
• Assist with program evaluation, staff performance management, and continuous improvement.
• Plan and lead community-building events for staff and residents.
