Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch is seeking a House Parent to provide direct care in a home-like setting. This live-in role involves caring for up to eight children, guiding daily routines, and creating a nurturing family environment.
You will work with a team to support children’s needs, lead activities, and model positive behaviors. A high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license are required; evenings and weekends may be involved.

We are currently seeking House Parents to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct care services and creating a home-like environment for children in need.
The House Parent plays an instrumental role in creating a positive and nurturing environment for children who need a safe place to call home. As a House Parent you will work directly with children to provide support, guidance, and positive reinforcement. You will help children with daily tasks and activities, and you will be responsible for creating a sense of family within your home.

This position is based at our main campus in Boys Ranch, Texas, located approximately 40 miles northwest of Amarillo. Applicants from across the country are welcome to apply, but relocation to Boys Ranch is required.
