Job summary

Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, seeks Full-time Flex Houseparents as a two-person married couple to live in-campus and care for a group of 8-13 students. You will supervise daily routines, mentor students, and lead devotional activity within a structured home setting.

The role includes budgeting oversight, driving to activities, and coordinating schedules. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and a valid U.S. driver0ers license. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth
• This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
• Both spouses must be age 27 or older
• Valid U.S. driver0ers license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans

Responsibilities

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting
