Job summary

Texas State Technical College (TSTC) seeks an Enrollment Coach to guide students from enrollment through graduation, collaborating with multiple departments to improve persistence and graduation rates. The role is on-campus at the Fort Bend Campus, with a standard 40-hour week, in-person schedule from 8am to 5pm.

You will manage student caseloads, assist with degree planning, navigate enrollment processes, and stay informed on FAFSA/FERPA regulations while promoting student success and timely

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% and work occasional nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage a student caseload and address enrollment, financial aid, and progression questions.
• Assist students in selecting degree programs and courses aligned with career goals.
• Guide students through enrollment steps and ensure all requirements are met (Registrar's Office, Financial Aid, registration, payments).
• Collaborate with Admissions, Veteran Services, Financial Aid, Registrar, Operations, and Student Services to support students.
