Responsibilities

• Manage a student caseload and address questions related to enrollment, financial aid, and progression.
• Assist students in selecting degree programs and courses based on career goals.
• Navigate students through the enrollment process with Registrar’s Office, Financial Aid, and course registration.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Veteran Services, Financial Aid, Registrar's Office, Operations and Student Services to support students.
