Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, caring for 8–13 students and fostering a structured, family-like environment to support academic, emotional, and social growth.

Responsibilities include supervision, routines, healthcare, activities, devotions, and budgeting. Schedule starts with nine days on, three off, then transition to a placed role with the same students.

Qualifications

• Experience working or volunteering with youth.
• Two-person role for couples married at least two years.
• Both spouses aged 27 or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid US driver’s license and driving certification.
• Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus.

Responsabilités

• Provide daily supervision and mentorship to students.
• Manage household routines and student schedules.
• Administer medications and ensure student wellness.
• Plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities.
• Lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel.
• Oversee budgeting and household reporting.
