Job summary

You will develop and deliver engaging programs, review career materials, coordinate events, and stay current with assessment tools to guide decision-making and career development in a liberal arts context.

Qualifications

• Master's in Counseling, Education, Higher Education, or related field preferred.
• Certification in MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory encouraged.
• 3–4 years of experience in career counseling.
• Knowledgeable in career-related topics and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career counseling and advising to students and alumni on majors, internships, and job-search strategies.
• Develop and deliver engaging presentations, workshops, and interactive programs on career topics.
• Review and provide feedback on resumes, cover letters, statements, and grad applications.
• Plan, coordinate, and support career events and programs on campus.
