Job summary

Stelleworld in Hayward, CA is seeking an on-camera content creator to plan, shoot, edit, and publish high-performing short-form videos for North American moms and active women. You will be the on-brand face across social channels, delivering 3–5 videos per week for organic content, paid media, and product launches.

Qualifications

• Professional-level English fluency with a natural on-camera presence.
• Experience shooting and editing short-form videos (iPhone acceptable).
• Strong portfolio of on-camera speaking, video creation, and editing skills.
• Understanding of IG & TikTok trends and consumer behavior.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience creating content for apparel, athleisure, or family lifestyle brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-camera brand representative on social media channels.

The opportunity

We are seeking an on-camera content creator with professional-level English fluency to create content targeting North American audiences. On‑camera content creator who can plan, film, edit, and deliver high‑performing short‑form videos. This role supports organic growth, paid media, and product launches through relatable lifestyle content for North American moms and active women.

This position offers flexibility (full-time, part-time) and will be onsite at our Hayward, CA office.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as an on-camera representative of the brand on social media channels, presenting and explaining products in a clear, natural, and authentic manner.

Plan, shoot, edit, and publish short‑form videos (Reels, TikTok, Shorts).

Produce 3–5 videos per week for social posts, ads testing, tutorials, and launches.

Create product demos, voiceovers, and lifestyle content that reflect real-world use cases.

Translate product features into clear consumer benefits and buying guidance videos.

Track performance and iterate quickly to improve engagement and conversions.

Report directly to the Marketing Manager; Deliver reusable, on‑brand creative assets aligned with marketing objectives

Qualifications:

Professional-level English fluency with a confident, natural on-camera presence and strong product storytelling skills.

Experiences shooting and editing short‑form videos (iPhone recording acceptable); proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar tools.

A strong portfolio showcasing excellent on-camera speaking ability, video creation, and editing skills.

Understanding of IG & TikTok trends and consumer behavior.

Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Comfortable working in a highly collaborative, iterative environment with evolving priorities

Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated, with a curiosity for exploring new ideas, tools, and trends

Experiences of content creation for apparel, athleisure, dancewear, or family lifestyle brands is a plus.

Experiences in live streaming or shoppable videos is a plus.

Performance Expectations

Effective ad creative performance and support for product launches.
