Job summary

Family Best Care in Clinton, WA is seeking a reliable caregiver for an on-call weekend assignment to support a memory care client. You will provide companionship, assist with daily routines, and help keep a calm, structured environment.

Responsibilities include ADLs, mobility support, hydration, light housekeeping, and documenting care notes. Strong communication with the office team is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting memory care clients (dementia/Alzheimer's).
• Patience, calmness, dependability and compassionate approach.
• Understands importance of routine and consistency.
• Ability to provide respectful, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, transfers and fall prevention.
