FreshPure Water Systems in Traverse City, MI, seeks a Service Technician for on-call/gig work to diagnose and repair water vending equipment. You’ll respond to dispatches, repair plumbing, electrical and mechanical issues, and submit complete service reports with photos.

No license required—just hands-on ability and reliable transportation. As an independent contractor, you’ll set your own schedule, work on an as-needed basis, and earn $55/hour with mileage/travel factored into the rate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on plumbing experience (water lines, valves, fittings)
• Hands-on electrical experience (wiring, components)
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical equipment
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
• Smartphone with camera
• Available for on-call dispatch in local area

Responsibilities

• Respond to on-call dispatches at retail locations in your area
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues on water vending equipment
• Complete a service report with before and after photos
• Communicate findings and repair status to NWS home office
