Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair leaks, replace valves and electrical components, and report readings with meters and tests.

This 1099 Independent Contractor role pays $45–$55 per hour, offers no benefits, and requires you to provide your own tools and transportation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Excellent time management with ability to work independently.
• Smartphone and email reporting proficiency.
• Ability to bend, squat, and climb stairs or ladders.
• English communication skills.
• Provide own transportation and tools.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with customers and store management through effective communication.
• Deliver exceptional customer service for a satisfying client experience.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on water dispensing cabinets.
• Read gauges and report readings; use multi-meters and conduct water tests.
• Repair leaks, tighten fittings, replace valves, fittings, tubing, and electrical components.
• Occasionally respond to emergency calls within 24–48 hours when urgent.
• Submit all paperwork for payment processing.
